About Evidexi

Built by parents who have been through it.

Why We Built This

Family court is overwhelming. When you're served with papers or facing a custody modification, the last thing you need is to spend hours figuring out what to document, how to organize it, or what your state requires.

We built Evidexi because we've been in that situation. Sitting in a parking lot after a hearing, wondering if we had the right paperwork. Scrolling through forums at 2 AM trying to understand what "best interest of the child" actually means in our state.

The information exists, but it's scattered across legal databases, attorney websites, and outdated forum posts. We wanted to put it all in one place, written in plain language, and make it completely free.

What We Believe

  • Documentation wins cases. The parent who walks into court organized and prepared has a significant advantage. We help you be that parent.
  • Privacy is non-negotiable. Our tools don't store your data. Your custody situation is yours alone.
  • Free resources should be genuinely useful. Our 50 state guides, 9 playbooks, and interactive tools are all free. No paywalls, no bait-and-switch.
  • This is not legal advice. We provide educational resources and organizational tools. For legal advice specific to your situation, consult a family law attorney in your state.

The Team

Evidexi is built by a small team of parents, researchers, and developers. We've personally navigated custody proceedings, high-conflict co-parenting, and the family court system. Every guide, tool, and playbook is informed by real experience and thorough research into each state's specific laws.

The App

We're building the Evidexi app to bring all of our tools together in one place: incident logging, communication tracking, evidence organization, and court preparation, all designed specifically for co-parents. The app is currently in development and available through our Early Access program.
